Unfortunately, New Year’s enthusiasm doesn’t always last.
In fact, “Many Americans will give up on healthy New Year’s resolutions before February,” StudyFinds.org reveals. Thankfully, there are more and more resources to help.

The organizations will periodically release new videos featuring practical tips to stay healthy in the immediate area.
Another option is to take your efforts to stay fit entirely online.
