Each paid placement includes one approved client link. Paid links use an appropriate qualifying attribute. Sponsored content must be identified clearly. Payment does not secure publication of unsupported medical claims or unsuitable material.
Submission Requirements
Please submit content that:
- Is original and has not been published elsewhere.
- Answers a clear question or provides practical, relevant insight.
- Uses understandable language and a logical structure.
- Includes descriptive headings and appropriate references.
- Accurately represents the writer’s expertise and experience.
- Discloses sponsorship, affiliate relationships, and other relevant interests.
Most submissions will be around 1,000–2,000 words, but shorter or longer articles may be suitable when the topic warrants them. Avoid adding material solely to meet a word count.
We do not accept plagiarism, fabricated references, misleading claims, or articles written solely to insert promotional links.
Additional Requirements for Health Articles
Health submissions require sources supporting key medical claims. Prefer relevant peer-reviewed research, clinical guidance, and authoritative health organisations.
Describe uncertainties, limitations, and relevant risks accurately. Do not promise cures or present personal experience as established clinical evidence.
Include your relevant qualifications and professional background with your submission. Health content receives additional medical assessment before publication. A separate reviewer is credited only when that review has actually been completed.
Images
Include a relevant image where it improves the article, together with its source and licensing details. You must own the image or have permission to use it.
For a standard landscape featured image, 1,200 × 800 pixels is preferred. Diagrams and other supporting images may use dimensions suited to their purpose.
Compress images for efficient loading while preserving legibility. Provide a descriptive caption and suggested alternative text where useful.
Restricted Topics
Contact us before proposing casino, gambling, or CBD-related content. These subjects require specific editorial approval and may be declined.
We do not accept pornographic or sexually explicit promotional material. Relevant sexual-health education may be considered under our medical publishing standards.

Include your proposed title, a short outline or complete draft, your author biography, relevant qualifications or writing samples, and any commercial relationship.

What Happens Next
We assess the topic, sources, writing quality, and suitability for our audience. We may request revisions or edit wording, headings, references, and links.
Publication dates are agreed upon after approval and depend on the work required. We may decline or withdraw content that fails our standards.
