Jared Padalecki is an American actor who is often attributed with the phrase “Always Keep Fighting” after he launched the “Always Keep Fighting” (AKF) campaign in 2015. Jared featured in the television show “Supernatural” where he played the role of Sam Winchester on the series.

On the 10th anniversary of the movie, Supernatural, in 2015, Jared Padalecki launched the “Always Keep Fighting” campaign to encourage people who are going through difficult times to keep persevering and continue to put up a fight against the challenges despite how tough the situation might seem. This was how “Always Keep Fighting” became inseparably associated with him, even though the phrase has been in existence for quite some time.

The “always keep fighting” campaign support people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, anxiety, and so on. Padalecki had struggled with depression and anxiety before. So, he used this “Always Keep Fighting” as his side project to encourage people who are going through similar challenges. Since then, Jared Padalecki became synonymous with “Always Keep Fighting”.

As long as we are humans and we breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide, it is perfectly fine to feel unwell and discouraged. It is okay not to be okay but what is more important is that you brace yourself up to face the situation and move ahead of the depressing circumstances.
